Ian and Lucas met by chance at Neverland Farm in southern Ecuador. The guys started Fledging Crow Vegetables in 2008, on 4 leased acres just outside of Keeseville, NY. Fledging Crow sold their first CSA shares in 2009 and, after 5 successful seasons, have bumped up to 12 acres. The farm is certified naturally grown and uses no artificial treatments or pesticides, and is dedicated to crop management that maintains or improves the natural environment.
