Skymeadow Farm is a small 18 acre organic family farm located in Central New York. Having been raised on a dairy farm gave me a great deal of field and crop knowledge and with the assistance of Cornell University Cooperative Extension and NRCS (Natural Resources Conversation Service) helped us with field layout, cover crops, crop rotation and soil testing.
We are so lucky to have wonderful deep, rich, silt soil and clean water as healthy soil makes healthy plants. It is this sustainable agricultural system that ensures that organic food is the best choice. We use NO pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers on our farm. All of our garlic is naturally grown with a great deal of passion therefore, producing delicious high quality hardneck garlic.
