Story Farms is located in Catskill, NY. The Story Family has been farming at the same location since 1896 – five generations. If you want to be a farmer, marry into the Story family! Everyone works on the farm or in the farm stand. The Story Farm is one of the largest in Greene County, though, like all of the farms in the Hudson Valley, it is tiny in comparison to large industral farms. Product is grown at the farm and sold at the farm stand. Produce includes asparagus, strawberries, green and yellow squash, green and yellow beans, sweet corn, potatoes, peppers, eggplant, winter squash, pumpkins, Indian corn, gourds, apples, plums, pears, raspberries, blueberries, cucumbers, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, brussels sprouts, flowers, hanging baskets, mums.
