About: Every good farmer has his own special salad green mix recipe. We love the “Markristo Misto Mix” from Markristo Farms, which includes a variety of baby lettuces and various greens like oak leave lettuce, mustard greens, spotted trout, frisee, arugula, baby chard and mizuna. These medleys tend to be more nutritious than standard romaine mixes.
