What if I lose my wellness debit card or need a new one?
You can request a new wellness debit card by signing into the BSNENY website as a member.
1. Go to bsneny.com and click Login.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Get Healthy and then Wellness Card.
4. Within the new window, click Profile and then click Banking/Cards.
5. Under Debit Cards, click Order Replacement and follow the prompts to complete your request.
Your new wellness debit card will arrive in 7-10 business days.
