Klein's Kill Fruit Farm
Named after the nearby stream in Germantown, NY, Klein's Kill Fruit Farm is actually an Italian-American farm founded in 1921 by Italian immigrant Antonio Bartolotta and Jesse Cooper, a descendant of colonial Americans. This rich history only adds to the beauty of this family farm. Now in its third generation of farmers, the Bartolotta family has expanded to 600 acres of orchards, boasting myriad varieties of peaches, plums, apples, nectarines, and pears. From the farm: "It is our family’s passion to be committed to the environment and economic efficiencies to ensure a sustainable business for future generations to come." Klein's Kill Fruit Farm uses family farming methods that include conventional practices.
